policies
1. Age Group
Wild at Play is designed for little explorers aged 0 to 5 years old. Siblings are always welcome. An adult caregiver must accompany each child at all times.
2. Role of the Caregiver
Caregivers are responsible for supervising their child during all activities. Our facilitators lead the sessions but do not provide individual child supervision. We invite you to be part of the play!
3. Registration
All sessions must be registered and paid for in advance. To secure your spot, payment is required at the time of booking. We accept card or Venmo (@Stephanie-Greenhalgh-12).
4. Cancellations
If we need to cancel a session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer a make-up day or a class credit. If you need to cancel, email us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
5. Embracing All Weather
We play rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather, including waterproof gear and extra layers when needed. In the event of extreme weather, we will notify families of cancellations via email. A class credit will be offered if we need to cancel due to weather.
6. Health & Safety
If your child is feeling unwell or has had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, please stay home to keep our community safe.
7. All Are Welcome
We welcome all families to join our community! If your child has any specific needs or sensory sensitivities, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re happy to make thoughtful accommodations so everyone can have a joyful and comfortable experience.
8. Snack Policy
To keep all our little explorers safe, Wild at Play is a nut-free space. Please do not bring snacks containing nuts or nut products. Thank you for helping us create a safe environment for everyone.
9. Community Mindset
At Wild at Play, we believe in kindness, respect, and supporting one another. We encourage families and little explorers to treat everyone with gentle hands and friendly words. If any challenges arise, our team will work with you to find a positive solution.
10. Photography Permissions
We love capturing the joy and wonder of outdoor play! Photos and videos taken during Wild at Play sessions and events may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know when completing our waiver form online. Your child’s safety and privacy are important to us, and we use all media responsibly and respectfully.
